Traditionally, the first stage of production involves processing fruits and berries into a fruit stew, it is followed by infusion and blending.
Sweet liqueur BOROVAYA is a classical Russian liqueur, which is made of natural apple juice and bird cherry stew with sugar and lemon oil. The taste of this liqueur bears a light astringency, subtlety of bird cherry and its peculiar flavor. This drink has a fine and delicate flavor with hints of ripe bird cherry and subtle apple tones.
